Mi sembrano uno di quei gruppi di rock psichedelico degli anni Sessanta, tipo Byrds (che mi piacciono molto), Jefferson Airplane, Lovin' Spoonful etc. Si, è un gruppo di rock psichedelico, si chiamano the Misunderstood, i ragazzi californiani che si sino trasferiti a Londra nei anni 60. Non hanno avuto molto fortuna, questo è uno dei pochi loro single famosi che è uscito nel 66, se non sbaglio. Il gruppo falli miseramente l'anno successivo perché il solista era chiamato alle armi, ed essendo che era un pacifista, non volendo fare la guerra in Vietnam - fuggi in India:-) Ho sentito la canzone per radio una 15 di anni fa, e mi è rimasto l'impresso il testo, abbastanza patetico tra l'altro :-) , appunto "I can take you to the sun, to the sun, but you don't want to go", dio sa come ho scovato dopo questa canzone...
