Denti e mal di testa

Ho lo stesso problema da tanti anni: mal di testa e collo provocato dai denti. Davvero non sapevo la ragione per il mal di testa finché la mia mandibola si è bloccata (disc displacement). Non riesco ad aprire completamente la bocca senza prima fare un "clic" nella mandibola. Ho fatto raggi X e la mandibola è troppo attaccata al cranio, poco spazio, la muscolatura è infiammata per troppo lavoro, forse stringo troppo di notte. Mio caso è più complicato e richiede chirurgia per tagliare la mandibola (cross bite). Il dentista (o gnatologo) mi ha detto per convivere con questo problema facendo sempre massaggi nella muscolatura dell'articolazione della mandibola, massaggio nella testa (massaggi circolari in sensi orario e antiorario, per 5 minuti, 4 volte al giorno, e aprire e chiudere la bocca 10 volte con la lingua attaccata ai denti superiori 4 volte al giorno) e devo fare un bite notturno.

Ma quello che è completamente risolto il problema di mal di testa è fare esercizi di respirazioni Wim Hof, esercizi fisici, doccia e jacuzzi freddo e cibo salutare (cerare su "Metodo Wim Hof").

Non sento più dolore, veramente magico!
