Veramente anche in Italia per il permesso di soggiorno

per soggiornanti di lungo periodo è previsto un test di

italiano o una certificazione del livello A2

 

Questo dal 2010, magari lei aveva ottenuto prima la carta

di soggiorno e quindi ha evitato, a suo tempo, di farlo ( ma

non sarebbe neanche colpa sua o del marito semplicemente

non era richiesto dalla legge )

 

Ovviamente è un test che si fa in Prefettura perché la

competenza in materia è dello Stato e non dei Comuni
