Un uomo si trova in vacanza a Tokyo, ma per una dolorosa fitta al cuore, temendo che si tratti di infarto, decide di andare da un cardiologo del posto che sa anche un po' di italiano.

"Dottore, ho avuto un fortissimo dolore al cuore..."

Il medico prende una matita appuntita e gli trafigge un occhio.

L'uomo, con una mano sull'occhio sanguinante urla:

"Dottore, ma cosa fa????"

Il medico, placido:

"Occhio non vede, cuole non duole".

Perche' dovrebbe essere rilevante l'errata pronuncia della "r"? :D
