In pratica che sarebbe la non neutralita' della rete ?

 

A un utente danno internet piu' veloce che a un altro cliente ?

 

Io sono contento per la faccenda roaming perche' quando vado all'estero in camper e' sempre una palla avere la sim locale e spero che ora la situazione migliori.
