Mi capita sempre più spesso ultimamente questa cosa.. e sono preoccupato! Dormo poco e male perché sono molto stressato e quando dormo di colpo mi sveglio come se mi mancasse l'aria di colpo e non sentissi più le braccia e le gambe. Ho paura possa essere un pricipio di attacco di panico, abuso anche molto di caffè! Cosa posso fare? Dolori non ne ho ma quando mi succede è come se in un certo senso dovessi morire. Vi è mai capitato? può essere una forma di ansia?

L'ansia si manifesta in molti modi. Mi è capitata spesso quella sensazione di mancanza dell'aria poco prima di dormire. Di solito esco un attimo e faccio un bel respiro e cerco di rilassarmi.

Fossi in te eviterei l'eccesso di caffeina. Prendine giusto un paio al giorno e la sera prima di andare a letto bevi una camomilla o qualsiasi altra tisana rilassante. Prendi qualcosa tipo con camomilla e menta potrebbe farti sentire meglio. 

Poi non so se è un caso ma queste cose avvengono quasi sempre di notte. Si vede che a letto non riusciamo più a contenere i nostri cattivi pensieri xD 

 

Ovviamente se la cosa persiste rivolgiti al tuo medico di base.
