Anzitutto, é giusto dire che la fase luminosa della fotosintesi avviene mediante i due fotosistemi (fotosistema 1 e fotosistema 2) mentre quella oscura avviene con il ciclo di Calvin ?? Hefes Posted January 17, 2014 Share Posted January 17, 2014 (edited) Si è giusto, avviene nella membrana dei tilacoidi se non erro ma prima nel fotosistema II e poi nel primo, se non sbaglio, ancora devo farla la fotosintesi T_T ed è anche giusto dire che il ciclo di Calvin è quello che caratterizza la fase oscura. Ma bada, l'ordine può non essere questo, ci sono le piante C4 e altre piante che seguono vie alternative. Kador88 Posted January 17, 2014 Share Posted January 17, 2014 La fase luminosa avviene prima in fotosistema II e poi fotosistema I. La fase oscura (che avviene nello stroma dei cloroplasti) prevede invece il ciclo di Calvin-Benson, la cui funzione è quella di ridurre la CO2 in glucosio. Poi questo glucosio sarà trasformato in saccarosio, cellulosa, proteine o materia organica a seconda della necessità della pianta. Il ciclo di calvin è formato da 3 fasi: 1)assunzione di CO2 nello zucchero ribulosio fosfato (RuP), 2) riduzione acido fosfoglicerico (PGA), 3)rigenerazione ribulosio fosfato da cui riparte il ciclo (RuP) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
