Mi chiamo Sergio, ragazzo 30enne italo-brasiliano. Sono in cerca di 2 coinquilini per due singole vuote. L'appartamento è situato in zona Casalbertone, è attualmente in ristrutturazione (quasi del tutto finito), pronto dal primo luglio. Sono tre singole, due piu grandi a 350 euro, ed una piu piccola a 300 euro (+ modiche spese), cucina abitabile e bagno, tutto ristrutturato. A due passi dall' ipermarket Auchan, tre fermate contate di autobus per arrivare alla metro B tiburtina (oppure dieci minuti a piedi), e due per arrivare sulla prenestina, dove passano tram e autobus che ti portano ovunque, nonchè vicino al Pigneto e a San Lorenzo. In piu l'autobus 409 fa nel verso opposto anche capolinea sulla tuscolana ad Arco di Travertino, metro A. Io ho 30 anni, sono gay, occuperò una delle tre singole, sto quindi cercando altri due ragazzi o ragazze (preferibilmente gay/lesbiche o gay friendly, e preferibilmente 28/40enni, no studenti alle prime armi, sorry) che occupino le altre due stanze.
