"Il coniuge dello stesso sesso, a prescindere dal non riconoscimento del matrimonio contratto all'estero, ha comunque il diritto di risiedere regolarmente in Italia perché considerato familiare di cittadino comunitario in base alle norme sulla libera circolazione in Europa".

 

Notizia importantissima perché ci rivela che, grazie alle norme UE, i matrimoni gay contratti all'estero non sono inesistenti per il nostro ordinamento, ma i coniugi gay sono riconosciuti come "familiari", alla faccia di quelli che starnazzano sull'art. 29 della Costituzione.
